We are proud to see Sport Quantum featured in the European Shooting Confederation’s latest initiative supporting youth development in shooting sport. At Sport Quantum, we believe the future of our sport depends on our ability to engage, inspire and support the next generation of athletes.Supporting U16 and U18 athletes is particularly meaningful because high-performance pathways start early. Young shooters today need access to motivating, professional and data-driven training environments that help them stay engaged while progressively developing elite-level skills. This vision already guides many of our initiatives. We are proud to have collaborated with the Fédération Française de Tir (FFTir) French Shooting Federation on youth national championships by introducing an interactive discipline where 8 shooters compete in cooperative duels with dynamic target displays — creating a new competition experience specifically designed to engage younger athletes. Many elite athletes we work with today started as young dreamers on a local range.
